Dr Fiona Withey

Dr Fiona Withey is a co-founder of TrakCel with over 25 years of experience in senior leadership and CEO roles within the pharmaceutical industry primarily focussed on clinical and commercial supply chain management. She holds a PhD in Biochemical Engineering and a first degree in Biology and Chemistry.

Fiona is passionate about and firmly positions people, client partnerships and ultimately the patients that the therapies are treating at the forefront of TrakCel’s ethos and culture. She has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in people management, business development, operations and project management and is focussed on ensuring the teams are continually developed and highly motivated to deliver projects on time, within specification, within budget and to the highest levels of client satisfaction.

A member of the Board of Directors of both TrakCel and MediWales, Fiona has also served on the Welsh Government Life Sciences advisory panel, UK Women’s Business Council and the Secretary of State for Wales, UK Government, Wales Economic Advisory Board.

Ravi Nalliah

Ravi Nalliah is one of the founders of TrakCel. He has over 20 years of experience in the pharma industry focused on supply chain management, including the implementation of IT solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and budgetary control. Ravi’s wealth of experience in strategic roles comes from a strong background in finance and Pharma Contract Services. His experience, knowledge and passion for both the industry and the product make him perfectly positioned to continue to steer and evolve the product offering as the Advanced Therapy Industry continues to evolve and grow. Ravi also sits on the board of Emerging Therapy Solutions, Inc.

Ravi holds a BSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cardiff University and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales (FCA).

Matthew Lang is a qualified accountant (FCCA) with over 15 years of experience in senior finance roles within pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors for rapidly growing privately owned SMEs and listed global companies.

Throughout his career, Matt has led numerous cross functional business initiatives which have delivered significant improvements to working capital and profitability. At a previous employer, Matt was an integral member of the management team which tripled turnover and achieved a successful sale of the business for £127m.

Matt enjoys building high performing finance teams that partner with the wider business to ensure that strong budgetary control is in place for both internal and customer projects.

Prakash Pandey

Prakash Pandey has more than 20 years of experience driving complex cross technology transformation initiatives in the life sciences and healthcare domain. Prakash has been an architect, program lead, functional lead, technical lead and subject matter expert for multiple patient services implementations involving complex landscapes of integrated systems.

Prior to joining TrakCel, Prakash led the technical architecture/quality tower for the life sciences domain within the Accenture Salesforce practice as well as holding the Health Cloud subject matter expert position in the Accenture CTO office.

Samantha James has over 15 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, focused on the on-time operational delivery of patient centric services and most recently leading European operations for a global clinical services company.

Samantha joined TrakCel early 2020 with a focus on further developing the Operations team and further strengthening TrakCel’s project delivery execution, whilst ensuring the patient remains at the centre of TrakCel’s delivery.

Paul Viggers has spent 15 years working within the Life Science Industry providing leadership in both Clinical and Commercial Business Development.  Paul joined TrakCel as SVP Business Development early 2021 having spent 10 years within Business Development at a leading Clinical Supplies company and has since moved into the role of Chief Commercial Officer.

Paul also spent 12 years at Welsh Government assisting Welsh Companies within the Life Science sector. Paul has vast experience of International Business and holds an MSc in International Business and Entrepreneurship.

John Darch joined TrakCel in 2021 from Alliance Pharmaceuticals where he was Head of Quality. John has over 20 years of experience in Quality roles in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector having worked for companies such as Norgine and Alliance in Quality management roles. ​

John is responsible for a team of quality professionals whose focus is to continually review and improve our product and processes and to assist with customer audits and regulatory approvals.

Dr Matthew Lakelin

Dr Matthew Lakelin is a co-founder of TrakCel. Using his knowledge in handling and distribution of CGTs he has assisted with the development of the technology platform and is passionate about democratising advanced therapies. Matthew is one of TrakCel’s industry experts who is tasked with insuring projects are delivered on time and in budget.

Matthew holds a PhD in Pharmacology and has over 20 years’ experience working in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Matthew has led the deployment of TrakCel’s software to a wide range of advanced therapies (including CAR-T, TILs, personalised immunotherapies, neoantigen cancer vaccines) and in his role as VP Scientific Affairs is a key spokesperson and responsible for ensuring that TrakCel solutions continue to evolve to meet industry needs.

Chris Came has over 15 years of experience working within Information Technology and Customer Services and has expertise in managing and deploying Enterprise Applications on a global scale. Chris is responsible for the implementation and management of the TrakCel Service and Support model, working tirelessly with his team to successfully deliver customer support and training

Chris also supports both clients and partners in utilising and joining our integrated network of service providers, ensuring they are able to fully leverage all the efficiencies associated with seamless, real-time data transfer.
