TrakCel, the leading provider of cell orchestration solutions for cell and gene therapies, has been named one of Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies in The Sunday Times 100 Tech, Britain’s Fastest-Growing Private Technology Companies.
This newly launched league table complements The Sunday Times 100 , showcasing the UK’s fastest-growing private technology companies alongside its broader business-focused counterpart. In an exceptional year for female-led businesses, TrakCel proudly joins the other eight companies, which are also founded and/or led by women. Dr Fiona Withey, TrakCel’s CEO, expressed her gratitude for the recognition: “This achievement is a true testament to the dedication and innovation of our entire team at TrakCel. To be included alongside some of Britain’s most inspiring technology companies is an honor we are proud to share.”
The Sunday Times 100 Tech highlights companies making ground-breaking contributions to technology, with an emphasis on growth, impact, and innovation. TrakCel’s inclusion reflects its pivotal role in transforming cell orchestration for the cell and gene therapy industry, ensuring life-changing treatments reach patients more efficiently.

TrakCel’s orchestration platform, OCELLOS , was highlighted in an announcement at the end of last year: TrakCel Sets New Standards for the Safe, Effective, and Efficient Administration of Cell & Gene Therapies. The platform supports the largest and broadest amount of commercial therapies globally. By providing digitization for Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC) tracking, OCELLOS speeds up manual tasks such as enrolling and scheduling new patients, integrates seamlessly with key supply chain stakeholders like couriers, and sends real-time email notifications to keep processes on track.
Over the last year, TrakCel has secured multiple contracts with International Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies. OCELLOS is being used at over 250 ATCs (Authorized Treatment Centers) worldwide as TrakCel continues to grow its global footprint.
Dr. Withey emphasized the importance of innovation in cell orchestration: “By streamlining supply chain operations and ensuring precision and efficiency, TrakCel empowers stakeholders to focus on delivering transformative therapies to patients.”
This acknowledgment further cements TrakCel’s position as a market leader in the rapidly evolving field of advanced therapies. View the league table on The Sunday Times’ website.
