One of the standout features is the Collection Availability Calendar, which allows Health Care Providers (HCPs) to view Starting Material Collection availability prior to enrolling a patient.

This feature was developed based on valuable insights gathered from our HCP User Panels during Industry Advancement Board (IAB) sessions and direct feedback from client workshops.

A: The Collection Availability Calendar offers a simple, intuitive interface that supports clear decision-making. HCP users can view collection availability specific to their site before enrollment or registration. It also automatically defaults to the preferred or most available CMO’s.

Additionally, Therapy Champions can step into the HCP users’ shoes and view collection availability specific to a single Treatment Center. This feature is all about making the process smoother and more efficient for our users, and it came from challenges raised at our bi-annual Industry Advancement Board (IAB).

Q: What are the main goals you aimed to achieve with OCELLOS V8.0?

A: In OCELLOS V8.0, we focused on three key goals: delivering high-impact features based on feedback from our Industry Advancement Board and clients, reinforcing OCELLOS’ technical foundation to support long-term scalability, and laying the groundwork for self-serve capabilities to provide ultimate client autonomy. This release empowers therapy teams with new tools to streamline scheduling, support global scalability, and enhance workflow precision. Whether you’re managing regional differences or aiming for real-time visibility, V8.0 has something tailored to elevate your operations.

Q: Are there any other enhancements in V8.0 that users should know about?

A: Yes, in addition to the Collection Availability Calendar, we’ve enhanced regional scheduling and improved shipment lifecycle handling and flexibility. We’ve also made significant improvements to electronic signature capabilities. These enhancements are all part of our commitment to providing a robust and user-friendly portal that meets the evolving needs of our clients and industry regulations.
