Hosted by: Hanson Wade
The TrakCel team attended this specialist meeting designed to advance the cell therapy supply chain and operations. As always, it was a fantastic opportunity to catch up with partners, customers and other industry professionals. The CGT Supply Chain landscape has changed so much over recent years with so much growth in the sector, new science and processes and new technology available to support, the conference was certainly was a fantastic opportunity to share best practice with other supply chain specialists from all areas of the Cell and Gene sector, and discuss some of the changes and challenges that might lay in the future of logistics for cell therapies.
We were delighted to host a breakfast briefing, during which TrakCel's Co-founder and VP of Scientific Affairs and Product, Dr Matthew Lakelin spoke to industry experts, Kawa Chui, VP of CMC, Supply Chain & eSystems at Lyell Immunopharma, Sankalp Sethi, Cell & Gene Therapy Practice Lead from ZS and Dr William Shingler, Senior Director, Patient & Cell Management at Autolus. The panel took questions about how they are identifying and minimizing risk within their respective supply chains and offered insight into the role that eSystems play within this process for their organisations. You can find some of the key topics discussed in the session summarised in a downloadable file in our resources section labelled; Identifying and Addressing Risk in the Advanced Therapy Supply Chain.
